Raymond Maldonado

After 50 years of service to In-n-Out Burger, Raymond Maldonado was attributed for opening almost every In-n-Out Burger in Arizona, Utah, Texas, and parts of California. These years of service led Raymond to say, “The first 25 years were about hamburgers and the last 25 years were about leaders, raising leaders.” After Raymond’s retirement from the company he embarks on a new journey of passing his leadership knowledge through his show Defining Moments. He lives in the Dallas area with his wife Maureen.
